Hey there!

My name is
Kaylee Costa

Certified Wellness Practitioner,
International Board Certified
Lactation Consultant, Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum
Corrective Exercise Specialist,
Certified Perinatal & Pediatric Nutrition Educator
Reiki Master, Advanced Reflexologist
and the founder of Costa Consultation, a holistic maternal wellness
practice based in Massachusetts.
When I first fell in love with Pilates back in 2018,
I had no idea where it would lead.

What began as a personal passion slowly grew into something bigger—a practice that now supports women through the deeply transformative seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

Over the years...

my work has expanded in response to the real needs I saw
in the families I supported—and the gaps I had felt myself.

I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant to better serve
parents navigating the complexities of feeding their babies.

I completed training and education in perinatal corrective exercise, reflexology, Reiki, perinatal and pediatric nutrition and most recently became a Certified Wellness Practitioner and earned my MBA to strengthen the foundation of my work and business

Each certification I’ve pursued has been rooted in the same intention:
to offer thoughtful, informed, and compassionate care.

My approach blends evidence-based education with whole-person wellness,
because birth, feeding, recovery, and identity are not
separate experiences—they’re all part of the same journey.

At home, I’m a mother to Kaia (who inspires everything I do),
a wife to Rodrigo, and a cat mom to Dodo.
You can usually find me squeezing in evening Pilates sessions after bedtime,
reading something about hormones or the nervous system,
or scribbling new ideas in the notes app of my phone.

Like most moms,

I’m learning how to hold space for both purpose and exhaustion,
joy and uncertainty—doing my best to grow right alongside the people I love most.

If you’ve made your way here, thank you.
I know how personal this season of life can be, and how hard it can feel to ask for support.
Whether you’re expecting, postpartum, or somewhere in between,
I’d be honored to walk with you in whatever way feels right.
